The Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey Student Package Locker Mobile App offers several useful features for students:
- Immediate notifications when packages have arrived and are ready for collection
- Reports on whether packages are located in the locker bank or in the mail room
- View package details, including carrier and tracking number
- The mobile app provides three convenient options for students to collect their packages from the locker bank:
- Enter a collection PIN using the Touch Screen at the Locker Bank
- Scan a QR Code at the locker bank
- Use a button on the app to remotely open the locker containing the package* (Note: This feature requires the student to be within 5 feet of the locker bank)
